Maplestory, The Novel: Sacred Tears

Vulcurion (vul-CURE-ree-on) is one of the stronger recruits for a race known as the Dracova, a half-dragon race of humanoid people. He and his best friend Macross have trained since they could talk to become strong soldiers, with dreams of maybe one day becoming The Keiseer, basically the master guardian for the Dracova.

After completing their training for the armies, it is during the “graduation ceremony” that the current Keiseer, Yeso, comes to the hall to choose her successor. She seems interested in both of the friends and asks the First Keiseer to guide her massive sword to rest on the should of the one she should pick. The sword rested on the shoulder of Vulcurion, instantly sending Macross into a jealous rage. After the Keiseer stopped what could have been a bloody massacre, Keiseer Yeso started training Vulcurion as her successor. After a few months, Macross kills the Counsel of Ten, the ruling body of the Dracova, in an attempt to not only overthrow the government but also become the Keiseer, his perceived right.

With heavy hearts, Yeso and Vulcurion banish Macross from their home, leaving him tied up in Usoria. Since that day, Vulcurion stands watch over Pantheon, the home of the Dracova.

I am looking for a voice to be somewhere ideally in the medium (mid to low Tenor) range, though any range will be considered. Some emotion needs to be delivered, but the majority of the lines are even tempered, but firm. There are a couple lines that will need more force, or emotion in them.

Macross and Vulcurion grew up together, listening to the lessons and stories of an elder about the Keiseer, the Master Guardian of the Dracova. He and his friend were both among the strongest of recruits for the Shivi-cova (Dracova Army), but Macross had bigger ambitions than just being a Soldier, he wanted the title and power of the Keiseer for his own.

Of the two friends, Macross was physically stronger, sometimes even called brutal by some of his instructors. During the graduation ceremony of their training, the current Keiseer, Yeso, came to them and said that out of this group, she would choose the next Keiseer. Macross it was sure it would be him, since the only thing he saw the Keiseer good for was power. But when his friend Vulcurion was chosen instead, he snapped, attacking to kill his friend Vulcurion. Keiseer Yeso stopped him, leading to Macross running away for a while. 

When he reappeared, he killed the council of ten, the ruling body of the Dacova, claiming they were the ones that made the entire race weak. As punishment, he was banished from Pantheon, the home island, for the rest of his life, where he is found by Hilda and Arkarium. Afterwards, he takes on the name of Magnus, and begins a (to put it nicely) rough relationship with Hilda (fan fiction version of Hilla). 

I am looking ideally for a voice in the upper-medium range (mid-tenor), and who can portray a lot of passion in their delivery (passion as in forceful conviction) as this character can be quite forceful with his deliveries some times.
