Nina Kovan, nicknamed The Stoic,is a Spartan IV supersoldier of Fireteam Shadow operating under the callsign Shadow Four.
Based on her name and planet of origin, she is likely to have an Arabic accent.

Jason Kidman has gotten the least attention when it comes to being fleshed out as a character. I'm leaving it up to your talents to find this Spartan's voice.
The only details we have on his voice is that his voice sounds very raspy.
